Loadout and specialization improvements

• Improved automatic specialization switching responsiveness.
• Reduced unnecessary delays when applying specialization changes after entering the world or changing content.

Build HUD improvements

• Right-click the compact Build HUD to open or close DK Mentor.
• Right-clicking the specialization icon also opens the addon.
• Left-clicking the specialization icon still opens the Blood, Frost and Unholy specialization selector.

Dungeon Overrides

• Includes per-dungeon Loot Specialization support.
• Dungeon overrides are shared across Normal, Heroic, Mythic 0 and Mythic+.
• Dungeon and Mythic+ default profiles remain separate.
• Fixed Dungeon Override dropdown menus appearing behind the configuration panel.
• Preserved role-safe specialization switching.

Fixes

• Includes the database migration hotfix introduced after 1.2.1.
• Existing DK Mentor settings and SavedVariables remain compatible.
