Added a new Visual Extras configuration panel.

Added optional separate text colors for Divine Storm and Final Verdict.

Added optional separate glow colors for Divine Storm and Final Verdict.

Added an optional proc punch / pop animation when a Divine Arbiter prompt appears.

Added selectable animation strength: Subtle, Normal, or Strong.

Added LibSharedMedia font support for prompt text.

Added a searchable SharedMedia font browser.

Added selectable font outline styles: None, Outline, or Thick Outline.

All new visual features are optional and can be enabled or disabled individually.

Existing users keep the previous prompt appearance by default when updating.

No changes were made to the existing Divine Arbiter proc tracking, sound system, display modes, icons, or saved settings.
