Reaction for dispell offensive
Description
Dispell Alert is an addon that lets you know if you're affected by a debuff that can be dispell by a class other than your character or your character itself.
Add: for v8.0.5
Added the offensive dispell for all spells of magic and enraged for the target that Hostile to Neutral(NPC or Hostile player).
