If you downloaded Dispatch 1.1 prior to 12:20AM EST on April 5th, 2007, please re-download.

Notification of new information received in your log will now only occur if your log is empty, and the information is the first new entry.

Fixed an issue where information received from another player that was "outdated" would still be added, then immediately removed from your log. This would cause the notification to be triggered, resulting in, well.. lots of flashing ;|
