Disenchant Crafted Items

• Update for The War Within and Cataclysm Classic
• Major refactoring and improvements
• Remove label and show number of items that can be disenchanted on the button itself
• Change the button to show Disenchant spell icon instead of text (can be switched back to text version via slash command /dci icon or with middle click on the button)
• Show disabled button for crafting recipes that can be disenchanted even if there are 0 items in backpack (can be turned off via slash command /dci visible)
• The button shows tooltip of Disenchant spell and of an item that will be disenchanted (can be disabled via slash command /dci tooltip)
• Right click on the button displays help and current settings status (same as using /dci)
• Merge Retail, Classic and Classic Era versions into single addon
