Usage Instructions

DisableGuildAchievements keeps your World of Warcraft interface clean by silencing those noisy guild achievement notifications, especially the ones you see over and over like [Classic Battles], [United Nations], and [Dungeon Diplomat] spam!

• In-game Command: Just type /dga to toggle suppression on or off.

Installation

Use Curse Forge to make your life easier, or follow these manual steps:

1. Download the Addon:
   Download the DisableGuildAchievements addon file.

2. Extract the Files:
   Extract the contents of the downloaded file.

3. Place the Addon Folder:
   Move the DisableGuildAchievements folder into your WoW /_retail_/Interface/AddOns directory.

4. Restart WoW:
   Relaunch or restart World of Warcraft if it’s already running.

Enabling/Disabling Notifications

In-Game Configuration:

• Enable Notifications: Type /dga in the chat to allow guild achievement notifications to appear.
• Disable Notifications: Type /dga again to suppress guild achievement notifications.

You'll see a message confirming the status of the notifications:

• Enabled: "Guild Achievement Notifications: ON - Silence is golden, suppression is ON"
• Disabled: "Guild Achievement Notifications: OFF - Guild Achievements will now annoy you!"
