Disable Desaturate CDM

This addon removes the default desaturation effect from the Blizzard Cooldown Manager.
Abilities will no longer appear greyed out while on cooldown.

It keeps icons fully colored at all times and prevents the washed-out look applied by Blizzard's cooldown system.

In addition, the out-of-range indicator color has been slightly adjusted to make it more clearly visible for the player.
