DingWatch

Dingwatch 0.5.0 (beta)

First public test release for WoW Forever.

**What it does**

- Live XP bars for everyone running Dingwatch (or Dingwatch Reporter) in your party, guild and up to two custom chat channels

- Earned / needed at a glance (e.g. 20.4K / 75.6K) with rested XP on the bar

- Party › Guild › Channels priority: everyone appears once, in the most relevant section

- Sections hide when nobody from that group is online; "(0)" means online but not running Dingwatch

**Features**

- Double-click a name to give it a nickname; double-click a channel header to rename the section

- Color wheel and hex codes for the XP bar, rested overlay and background

- 23 bundled fonts plus any shared through LibSharedMedia, with size and outline options

- Lock, drag-to-resize corner grip, and a scroll bar when the window is locked or reaches screen height

**Commands**

- `/ding`: show or hide · `/ding config`: settings · `/ding lock` / `unlock` · `/ding reset` · `/ding refresh`

**Notes**

- Only players running Dingwatch or Dingwatch Reporter can be shown; WoW doesn't share other players' XP

- Custom channels pause inside instances and during boss fights (a Blizzard restriction) and catch up afterward

- Trial accounts can't send addon messages

- Beta: please report anything that looks off, especially missing icons or channel sections
