DingAling

This is my first attempt at creating an addon so please be gentle.

I had been looking for a way to automate announcing when I went up in level in guild and party chat. The only one I could find was DingAnnouncer, however it displayed more than just level details and I didn't want that so I decided to create one myself based on that but with a simple message (which includes the word DING...useful for anyone that uses Auto Gratz as it will be picked up by them straight away).

Once I get more familiar with addons I would like to add more to this one such as options for the user to choose which chats the message is displayed in, random messages (normal and silly), and also an option to allow the user to create their own message. How long that will take I don't know so we shall see.
