Updated DR categories and added an option to select DR icons.

Guillaume Perréal:
    - Reworked the configuration panel to allow to select the icon to use for each DR category.
    - Slightly refactored the configuration panel internals.
    - Do not use hardcoded default icons anymore.
    Pick one from the spells listed in each DR category.
