ADDON_ACTION_BLOCKED CheckInteractDistance fix

• Player/BNplayer hyperlink clicks in chat (and the history browser's log) no longer fall through to SetItemRef. Its default chat popup invokes protected CheckInteractDistance from within DIM's call stack and gets blamed on the addon. Left-click now routes to ChatIM:StartWhisper (or OpenRecent for BN); right-click still opens the existing PlayerMenuGenerator.
