### Features
- **Conversation gap dividers** — After 12 hours of silence with a partner, the next message is preceded by a muted timestamp rule (e.g. `──── Sunday, October 10 · 10:46 ────`). The first message in any new conversation also gets a header.
- Dividers are written into per-partner history and replay in order on reload, so the timeline stays coherent across sessions.

- Interface bumped to 120005 (Midnight 12.0.5).
- New SavedVariable `DIMHistoryMeta` stores per-partner last-message timestamps (used to detect gaps).
