DGG 4 EVA

- Reworked first-time setup into editable Emotes, Names & flairs, and Privacy pages. Change the basics right in the setup window; renderer changes apply with Finish & reload.
- Updated the addon windows with warm backgrounds, gold accents, and native red setup buttons.
- Added `anythingelseglorp`, with autocomplete in both renderers. Like our other custom emotes, it stays put when seasonal emotes change.
- Added a separate option to hide player flairs while keeping DGG names and verification visible.
- Added WIM support for DGG names, verification, flairs, emotes, the picker, and autocomplete.
- Updated the chat integration to work alongside Better Forever Chat and Prat while preserving player links and click actions.
- Added linked-alt profiles for verified characters. You can manage identity sharing and linked-alt listing separately for each character.
- Linked-alt listing starts enabled. Existing explicit opt-outs stay off, and characters with identity sharing disabled stay private.
- Cleaned up Manage my characters: names use their proper casing after login, rulesets use short labels like PvE and PvP, and offline characters have a Delete button. Deleting just clears the row; logging into that character adds it back and keeps its privacy choices.
- Added a bar entry for Titan Panel and other LibDataBroker displays, using the little DGGa flair icon. Click it for the picker, Shift-click for the roster, or right-click for shortcuts. The tooltip shows account/sharing status and the known online count.
- The Titan entry is called **DGG 4 EVA**. Look under **General** in Titan's bar menu to enable it.
- Emote-name tooltips are back and enabled by default. Toggle them under Emotes or with `/dgg tooltips on|off`. Existing saved off choices are respected.
- Collapsible settings sections now have a subtle yellow hover highlight.

DGG Emotes is still required for the main artwork; the supported shared catalog is 0.6.4. WIM and bar addons are optional. With the DGG Emotes renderer, WIM uses our indexed emote fallback and does not reproduce every provider combination or rarity effect.

Compatibility with live chat addons, Titan, and restricted instance chat still needs in-game testing. Masque support is not included in this update.
