Description
Ever been suddenly kicked out of a battleground with a deserter penalty because you didn't notice the "Idle" debuff in time? This is extremely frustrating when you are not actually AFK and have done nothing wrong! In many cases this is caused by other addons that fallaciously and automatically report you AFK when in fact you're stealthed and guarding a base. Sometimes it can be other players acting maliciously. Or maybe you made the mistake of staying in the graveyard for more than a minute because you were typing, and inadvertently got the debuff. To make matters worse, you probably didn't notice you've received the debuff that kicks you out until its too late to clear it! GRRRRRR
Say goodbye to this problem forever! DeserterAlerter makes absolutely sure that you know you've been reported AFK. You will hear an audio warning plus a large onscreen notice. It also displays a large count down timer for the 60 seconds you have to take a combat action to clear the debuff before you're kicked from the BG with the dreaded 15min deserter penalty. If this addon doesn't save you from erroneously being kicked from a BG then you really were AFK!
