Desaturates icons when an ability is on cooldown or unusable as well as has blue and red overlay when an ability is off cd but out of range or not enough resources instead of changing just the hotkey color
This is a very basic addon with no configuration ui that i made mostly for personal use, but at the request of others, other options could be added
