Whisper targets
---------------
- Accept both commas and semicolons as separators, including mixed lists.
- Ignore empty entries and surrounding whitespace; retain target deduplication.
- Updated the German and English options label and readmes.
- Added a live unique-recipient counter next to the whisper target field.
  Empty entries and duplicates are excluded, as is the separately selected
  current target. The counter remains visible when whisper copies are disabled.

Chattery compatibility

- Added detection and an options status entry for Chattery.
- Added integration for Chattery v0.8.6c: Eredun is translated before
  Chattery splits the message, so following blocks are not left untranslated.
- Chattery takes priority over the integrated splitter on supported chat
  paths; Demon-Tongue leaves its input limits and send prompts in control.
- Local plain-text output retains the complete original message.
- Additional group and whisper copies, including the current target, and
  /dts use Chattery's splitting and queue when available.
- Copies are appended behind pending blocks rather than interleaved.
- The options window has room for the additional Chattery status row.
- Uses Chattery's existing LibChatFilter; no extra library is bundled.

Existing settings, Eredun word selection and the standalone splitter
algorithm are unchanged. Chattery's own settings and WoW restrictions still
apply. Its RP marker support differs from the integrated splitter.
