• Trigger an event X-ImportedAreaPOIPin.MouseOver on mouseenter
  This is there so that other addons that want to listen for it can, while
  being distinct from the default one since the AreaPOI functions are tied
  to a mapID that the default doesn't include.

• Cache the parent-map delves, and make the pin a little bigger
• Rewrite back to not using Blizzard's pins because of taint issues
