GREAT VAULT IMPROVEMENTS
- Vault slot tier labels now pulled directly from C_WeeklyRewards API level field
  — 100% accurate per-slot tiers (Slot 1 = best run, Slot 2 = 4th best, Slot 3 = 8th best)
- Added progress fraction line per slot (e.g. "2 / 2") between tier and DONE labels
- Activity count now uses highest progress value across all slots for true total
- Fixed "Tier X" showing on completed slots when recorded run count < slot index

BOUNTIFUL TAB
- Completed bountiful badge changed from "+" glyph to clean "DONE" text
- Delves / World Content breakdown line now anchored correctly inside vault strip frame
  — no longer drifts into scroll list area
- Breakdown labels centered under vault boxes

HISTORY TAB
- Added week group headers with "Week of MM.DD.YYYY" labels
- Added column headers (Name / Best Time / Tier / Date) per week group
- 4-column row layout: Name, Best Time, Duration, Date
- All dates now display in MM.DD.YYYY format throughout
- Fixed orphaned gold line caused by ARTWORK texture pool collision (flanking lines
  moved to BORDER layer)
- Entries with no timestamp now inherit previous entry's week group

STATS TAB
- "Completed Today" date now displays in MM.DD.YYYY format
- Bountiful run count now tallies every individual run (no deduplication)

WEEK KEY SYSTEM
- Weekly reset key now derived from C_DateAndTime.GetSecondsUntilWeeklyReset()
  — uses Blizzard's own reset boundary, accurate regardless of timezone
- resetKey now stored directly on each history entry for reliable week grouping

GENERAL
- Bottom bar "/dt help" button relabeled to "/dt guide" and now opens the
  guide popup directly
- Bountiful counter removed from bottom status bar (cleaner layout)
- New addon icon
