Delve Speed Tracker

Was trying to figure out why my data set wasn't matching the in-game delve variant name. ofc the official name is Widlife.

Fixed this for now before Blizzard spots the typo.

Also got rid of all tooltips to prevent lua errors. Most addons have been struggling with this, so I disabled them til we get new api from devs to prevent iterating secret values. 

Thinking of implementing a feedback system for players to vote on delve's difficulty after delve completion. So far, data from forums is very scarce. A more streamlined way of setting ratings would help a lot in improving our ranking accuracy.
