Added Requirements filtering system to the Vendor tab

• Filter vendors by:
  • No Requirement (removes all vendors with no actual requirements)
  • Reputation Vendors (Classic to Dragonflight)
  • Renown Vendors (Dragonflight to current expansion)
  • Subfaction Vendors (Silvermoon Court)
  • Friendship Vendors (Tillers)
• Requirements filtering now works alongside existing filters (Expansion, Faction, etc.)

🧠 Improvements

• Reworked vendor filtering logic to support item-based requirements
• Vendors are now categorized based on their actual unlock conditions
• Improved handling of vendors with mixed requirement types
• Cleaner and more intuitive filter behavior
• Removed recipes from vendor listings to keep focus on decor collection

🧩 UI / UX Updates

• Updated Categories → Requirements section for clarity
• Added Status Key display to all the tabs
• Added Options button to quickly access addon settings (bottom right corner of frame)
• General layout cleanup for a smoother experience
