Updated toc to 12.0.5

• Updated Events Panel in Options to show just the current twitch drop and removed the void cuddly
• Updated a bunch of vendors to include recipes that can be bought that a are decor related.
• Initiated the following decor vendors : Rae'ana (void assault vendor), Disguised Decor Vendor (decor prop hunt vendor), and Depthdiver Tu'nakit (abyss angler vendor)
• Added a recipe filter checkbox to filter vendors with the recipes that you can buy
• Added a Midnight Delves Filter which includes pins when right clicking them in the current zone
• Added the Darkshore rares to the list of boss drops under battle for azeroth filter.
• If the new decor vendors items are not showing correctly then it is due to the catalogue not being updated yet.
