Set the player debuffs to pass-through (tooltips only, no mouse click capture)
A small addon to set the Blizzard player debuffs to pass-through so you can move them more toward the center of the screen for visibility and not catch your mouse clicks when trying to turn your camera or click on mobs/items.
Tooltips will still appear on hover so you can see what the debuff is.
No options panel, but there is a command to toggle the pass-through on and off during your session if needed, use /dnc toggle.
