Debbie's Amazingly Awesome Farewell Sayer

Added console command /frwsize <<group size limit>> which is used to see if the addon should whisper a group depending on its size.

Default value is 10, so if you leave a group with 11 or more people, the addon wont work. Can be set to any number one pleases.
