Description
Deathlapse is a death-recap addon for WoW TBC Anniversary Classic (Interface 20505). When you die, it automatically displays a horizontal waterfall (HP-over-time) chart covering the meaningful final stretch of combat before your death — up to 20 seconds, clipped to start from the last point you were near full health to cut irrelevant noise.
The chart uses a log-scale bar layout: blue columns represent reconstructed HP after each event, red caps show damage taken (brighter red for overkill hits), and green caps show healing received. Each damage event is colored by its school — Physical, Holy, Fire, Nature, Frost, Shadow, Arcane — matching the palette from HoTS-style recap UIs. Hovering any column shows a tooltip with the source, spell name, amount, and timing before death. The header displays the killing blow, spell used, total hit count, and overall damage and healing totals for the window.
Click to share how you died with other people using this addon.
