DC Glows v2.0 - Complete Rewrite

New Glow System

• Replaced static overlay.tga with LibCustomGlow library
• 4 glow styles: Pixel Glow, Autocast Shine, Button Glow, Proc Border
• Glows appear directly on action bar buttons (Death Coil & Epidemic)
• Automatic sizing for any button size

Cooldown Manager Support

• Optional tracking (requires UI reload when enabled)

New Config Panel

• Live preview, color picker, preset colors
• Adjustable settings per glow type
• Separate settings for Death Coil and Epidemic
• Test button

Future-Proofing

• Ready for Midnight (Necrotic Coil / Graveyard)
