Raid Buff Monitor

Used to track the raids buffs in real time. This addon is lightweight and tracks who is missing buffs, rather then showing everyones current buffs. I find this to be a much neater and compact solution to making sure people in your raid are buffed. Or tracking who is missing the buffs you provide.

-Selectable list of buffs to be tracked
-Resizeable and draggable window to display missing buffs.
-Announce function to quickly display to the raid who is missing buffs.
-If less then 5 people need a buff it displays who is missing them by name.
-If more then 5 people need the buff its displayed as ALL
-Paladin buffs are displayed as missing by class
-Filters buff missing logic based on class/role (Healers and casters dont need Might, ect)
