Changelog for v 4.0.0

Begun to rework the addon for Dragonflight. This means that a lot of features are not included anymore since they are no longer relevant.

This is what the addon does right now include:

• DLU HQ (only the character tab and it only includes Xp tracking and Reputation tracking for now).
• Added a sell all grey items to merchants.
• Auto-repair.
• Item level displays decimals, so you can see how close/far you are for going an item level up/down.
• Settings related to any features mentioned above is also included with the exception of reputation format (since I have also looked into the new setting UI, which doesn't handle dropdown menus very well).

I might update the addon more frequently than usual, as there is still some work to be done, but it might potentially be after the release of Dragonflight.
