Persistent Position Logic: Rewrote the coordinate system to save positions relative to the screen center. This prevents the UI from jumping to corners after re-logging.

Background Layering (True Background): Changed the frame strata to BACKGROUND (Level 1). The alert text will now stay behind all other UI elements like bags, character sheets, and the world map.

World Map Visibility Fix: Added a logic to automatically hide the alert whenever the World Map is open to keep your screen clean.

Minimap Tooltip Restored: Fixed the issue where the management tooltip wouldn't show when hovering over the minimap icon.

위치 저장 버그 완벽 수정: 좌표 저장 방식을 화면 중앙 기준 절대 좌표로 전면 수정했습니다. 이제 재접속이나 리로드 후에 텍스트가 화면 구석으로 튀는 현상이 발생하지 않습니다.

완벽한 배경 레이어 설정: 프레임 우선순위를 최하단(BACKGROUND)으로 낮췄습니다. 이제 가방, 캐릭터 창, 주문책 등을 열었을 때 텍스트가 그 위로 올라오지 않고 깔끔하게 창 뒤로 가려집니다.

월드맵 표시 최적화: 지도를 열고 있을 때는 알림 텍스트가 자동으로 숨겨지도록 로직을 추가하여 시야 방해를 최소화했습니다.

미니맵 툴팁 복구: 미니맵 아이콘에 마우스를 올렸을 때 조작법(좌클릭 토글, 우클릭 초기화) 툴팁이 나오지 않던 문제를 해결했습니다.
