• feat(community): progressive disclosure — drop blocking gate for passive indicator + reachability nudges
  The mandatory community onboarding gate is replaced by progressive disclosure: the
  addon is fully usable by everyone, and the shared community is surfaced only when a
  player hits the WHISPER-tier limit (opposite faction OR a non-connected realm, outside
  the guild).
  • passive ⚠ header indicator for non-members → opens the on-demand join popup
  • join-by-name timeout hint (typo vs out-of-reach host)
  • in-hand reachability marker, both sides observed (self via IsMember, peer via the
    community directory); actionable (join) only when the local player's own side is
    missing, info-only when the peer's side is
  • dev tooling: transport tags ([G]/[Xfac]/[Xrealm]/[noC]) + hasCommunity sim on fakes,
    and /mpps community to simulate a non-member
  • fix: solo demo no longer beacons (zero-traffic invariant)
  • fix: spoofed-JOIN self-echo no longer mis-tiers every fake to GUILD
  • rebrand community-facing copy to "DmPS"
