Full Changelog Previous Releases

  • feat(demo): solo demo mode + single dealer control & role-ordered hands
Solo demo (zero setup, zero network traffic, nothing persisted):
    • "Try a demo" button + /mpps demo deal a self-contained local table with a
synthetic balanced roster; a reload ends it (and a stray "DEMO" record is
      discarded on restore)
    • Guided flow: Deck -> Shuffle (All hands) -> Deal (popup + My hand) -> Collect
      (back to Deck), looping
    • Balanced roster: exactly 3 tanks + 3 heals total (counting the player's role),
rest DPS; the player's hand keeps an open PUG seat via a same-role swap
    • DEMO badge in the info banner; the invite is simulated and always available
      General (not demo-only):
    • One dealer control cycles Shuffle -> Deal -> Collect -> Shuffle, replacing the
      separate Shuffle and Deal/Collect buttons
    • Hands are ordered tank -> heal -> melee -> ranged at shuffle, and PUG open seats
are interleaved into the hand by their needed role (a missing tank's joker first)
    • All-hands grid always shows a full party of slots (open seats as drop targets)
    • A fresh shuffle re-hides every hand and re-deals (own card stays up); edits keep
      their reveals
    • The hand popup re-pops only when the player's own hand changes
    • The invite confirmation surfaces as a notice (banner + My-hand band)
    • DevFixture gains a roleMins option for exact role composition
    • Localize the new strings (enUS + frFR)
      OpenSpec: archive demo-mode-and-dealer-flow (specs synced).
