Couple of fix's with the raid group module

Added the World Buff Tracker back into the addon with some minor changes.

Added the Raid Loot Bag module back into the addon with a completely new Logic to track the items dropped in the raid. Its experimental and completely untested atm. Dont be surprised if it doesnt work at all. Will update it if need be as soon as I have a chance to run tests.
