Danks Advanced Raid Tools

Added a LFG Spam section of the addon, will help auto generate recruitment macros for the raids your doing, im pretty excited for this one so make sure to check it out.

Added a fix for the decurse announcement to make it stop spamming more then intended, havnt tested it to make sure it works, but it should.
