Danks Advanced Raid Tools

Added a Tank and healing Assignment section.

TH button in the bottom right hand corner will announce tank and healing assignments when clicked, configurable inside the main config settings

Added a drop down box in the config setting rather then tabs to swap between sections of the addon

Added an Report button to the Lip Taunt Assignments that will announce whatever Priority list you have selected on the main hub.
