    - changed interface version in toc to 50001

    - changed the look of the option panel changed the creation of the quest option panel. added an option to display when a new quest was learned. quest rewards are now stored to a daily quest. no options yet. cleaned up the source code.

    - fixed the quest options, now the quests appear on the option panel after accepting a new daily quest. fixed a bug in the option dialog causing a lua error
