CyberWitch:
    - Updated TOC to include some embeds
    - Fixed a bug where fishing pole check fails if no weapon is equipped (e.g. when starting a monk)
    - Removed CloseLoot when looting all slots as WoW does it automatically now
    - Changed max item level to 600 to allow for MoP gear
