CWS - Classic Warrior Sounds

Replaced retail warrior sounds with some of the classic spell effects. Arms is mostly done, fury is still WIP.

Fixed multiple bugs and issues.

Separated all three specs - protection is currently not modified in any way, only arms and fury are.

Added slash commands:
/cws status - will show whether addon is loaded correctly
/cws togggle - allows for seamless turning on and off - no reload needed.
