v1.0.3: Database expansion + WeakAura export fix

- Added 238 new CVars to database (now 1131 total):
  * Soft Targeting system (SoftTargetEnemy, SoftTargetFriend, etc.)
  * Camera Follow system (CameraFollowPitchSpeed, etc.)
  * Advanced Flying/Dragonriding CVars
  * Delves system (11.0 TWW)
  * Ping system (10.1+)
  * Preemptive Cast (11.0+)
  * Empower abilities (Evoker)
  * Graphics: ASSAO, CMAA2, VRS, clustered shading
  * Voice chat, professions, trading post, transmog

- Fixed WeakAura export dialog not showing text
  * WoW EditBox SetText() fails on large text
  * Implemented chunked Insert() workaround
  * Added proper ScrollFrame for navigation

- Added friendly names for new CVars in CVarPrettyNames
- Added descriptions for all new CVars
