toc bump to 30200
- Added dual spec feature it now properly rechecks your talents and glyphs after switching specs
- Make bleeder work in other languages
- Change in Julienna to make it reset properly after right clicking SnD buff
- Change in Bleeder to hopefully resolve the reported problem in not always correctly starting the timer
- Little fix when using spam, getting double messages
