- The decline handler no longer acts while the addon is switched off. A customer
  declining an invite could still quietly close their order after /cm disable.
- /cm order removeitem with an id that doesn't exist now says so, instead of
  printing the usage line and sending you hunting for a typo in a command you
  wrote correctly.
- /cm lastfill was missing from /cm help.
- A backlog of pending orders all expiring at once is now one summary line
  rather than one line per order.
- The Tracker's pending rows use the same grey as everything else.
- The trade fill stops if you hit /cm disable mid-trade, or if the order is
  cancelled in the Tracker while the window is open. Both became possible in
  1.5.0, when the fill started watching until the trade window closes rather
  than stopping the moment it was satisfied.
- Internal: the pending-order timeout guards its own arithmetic, so a zero
  timeout can't read as "older than nothing" and cancel everything.
