Skyreach: 
Gale Surge - Set default to 4 seconds. The spell seems to consistently have a 0,5 second travel time.

Midnight Falls: 
Based on feedback due to short timer:
Criticality: Disabled default warning sound. Added a full 3 second countdown instead of a countdown from 2.
Starsplinter: Disabled default warning sound. Added a full 3 second countdown instead of a countdown from 2.
