What's new

CursorSpellTracker v1.2.4

Repackaged release. Contains everything from v1.2.3, which could not be installed.

EN
- The v1.2.3 download was packaged incorrectly and could not be installed. Nothing was wrong with the addon itself, only with the archive. v1.2.4 is the same content, packaged correctly.
- Everything listed under v1.2.3 is included: World of Warcraft 12.1.0 support, the new "Icon text size" setting, mirrored timers for auras whose remaining time the game does not expose to addons, and the two fixes.
- No code changes compared to v1.2.3.

DE

CursorSpellTracker v1.2.3

WoW 12.1.0 support, adjustable icon text size, timers for auras the game keeps hidden.

EN
- Updated for World of Warcraft 12.1.0 (Interface 120100).
- Added an "Icon text size" setting on the Cursor page. It controls the aura/proc timer and the stack/charge number on cursor icons. "Automatic" keeps the previous behavior, where the timer scales with the icon size and is capped; any other value applies exactly that size with no cap, so large icons can finally get a readable timer.
- Auras whose remaining time the game does not expose to addons now show a running timer at the cursor, mirrored from Blizzard's Cooldown Manager. Previously these auras showed a duration bar but no number at all. The number is rendered by the game and cannot be reformatted, so it can be switched off under Display ("Mirror Blizzard aura timers") if you prefer no timer over that formatting.
- Fixed sliders showing a dash instead of their current value when the stored setting happened to match the slider's minimum.
- Stack counts of 0 or 1 are no longer drawn on cursor icons; 0 means no stacks and 1 adds nothing over the visible icon.
- No changes to profiles, cursor layout, color scheme, or the separation between spells and auras. The new setting is stored per profile and exported/imported with it.

DE
- Aktualisiert für World of Warcraft 12.1.0 (Interface 120100).

CursorSpellTracker v1.2.2

Aura/proc tracking now mirrors Blizzard's Cooldown Manager for every entry.

EN
- Auras and procs are mirrored from Blizzard's Cooldown Manager for every tracked entry instead of a small curated list. Buffs that stayed invisible at the cursor now appear with icon, active state and stacks, including ones the Cooldown Manager knows but that report no duration or expiration at all.
- Active state is taken from Blizzard's own aura state instead of being inferred from the Cooldown Manager frame being shown, which fixes tracking for buffs without a readable timer.
- Buffs reachable only through Blizzard's linked spell IDs are now found. Matching resolves exact spell identity across all frames before considering linked IDs, so a linked match can never claim an entry that belongs to another spell.
- Fixed the "sound before expiry" playing every time you left combat. For auras whose timing is not readable during combat, the remaining time only became available on leaving combat and was treated as "about to expire". The warning now only fires for a countdown that was actually followed down to the configured threshold. Auras shorter than that threshold no longer warn at all.
- Fixed auras tracked on other units (for example Lifebloom on a party member) losing their duration, timer and expiry sound while bar and stacks kept working.
- /cstcdmdebug output is clearer: the Cooldown Manager availability flag was renamed so it can no longer be mistaken for "this aura is active", the rule source is reported as curated or generic, and the resolved state is always printed.
- No profile, cursor layout, color scheme or spell-vs-aura separation behavior was changed.

DE

CursorSpellTracker v1.2.1h

Internal refactor release.

EN
- Extracted the slider UI helper (icon size, offsets, icon spacing, highlight sizes, cursor rows/spacing, etc.) from the main file into a new CST_Sliders.lua module, following the same pattern already used for CST_UIKit.lua.
- No gameplay, aura runtime, cooldown, profile, sound trigger, cursor runtime, or visual/behavior changes. Sliders look and behave exactly as before.
- Reduces the size of the main file, keeping it further from Lua's per-chunk local-variable limit.

DE

CursorSpellTracker v1.2.1g

Retail 12.0.7 feedback fix.

EN
- Added a sound channel selector for CST notifications: Master, SFX, Dialog, Ambience or Music.
- Added an option to hide cooldown sweep/numbers on inverted spell icons while keeping inverted visibility behavior.
- Fixed the Sounds page layout so Aura/Proc sound rows no longer overlap the tab/header area.
- No special Lesser Ghoul / Niederer Ghul runtime workaround is included in this build.
- No gameplay, aura runtime, cooldown, profile, sound trigger or cursor runtime logic intentionally changed.

DE
- Keine spezielle Niederer-Ghul-/Lesser-Ghoul-Runtime-Sonderlösung in diesem Build enthalten.
- Keine absichtlichen Änderungen an Gameplay-, Aura-Runtime-, Cooldown-, Profil-, Sound-Trigger- oder Cursor-Runtime-Logik.
