V1 stabilization update based on public v0.11.107.

Added / improved:
- Added a dedicated Feedback page with CurseForge comment / feature request guidance.
- Added a selectable CurseForge project URL for easier copying in-game.
- Updated How it works text in German and English.
- Updated Presets help text in German and English.
- Renamed user-facing Buffs/Procs wording to Auras/Procs.
- Added clearer Reset page text and localized remaining reset/status messages.
- Improved font selector UI and made Blizzard the safe default font.
- Font selection is saved after /reload and refreshes dynamic menu areas more consistently.

Stability / fixes:
- Fixed build date display in the addon footer.
- Fixed spec-switch active spell restore issue where spec-specific spells could disappear until /reload.
- Preserved correct per-spec active spell lists when switching specs.
- Modularized confirmed Conditional Availability data.
- Modularized confirmed Follow-up rules.
- Kept cooldown numbers on Blizzard DurationObject display path.
- No Blizzard Cooldown Manager backend was added or re-enabled.
- No cursor-follow behavior changes.
- No SavedVariables structure migration.

Confirmed testing notes:
- All classes received at least basic load/sanity testing.
- Not every spec has full conditional coverage yet.
- Confirmed spec coverage currently includes Demon Hunter Havoc/Vengeance/Devourer, Paladin Retribution/Holy/Protection, Priest Discipline/Holy/Shadow, Warlock Affliction, Druid Restoration/Guardian, Shaman Restoration, Evoker Preservation/Devastation, and Rogue Assassination.
