What's new
- Updated the interface version to 12.1.0 / 12.1.5 so the client no longer flags it as out of date.
- Lighter engine: while the cursor sits still it no longer re-applies its size and position every frame (about 12 UI calls per frame down to almost none).
- The Midnight notice about the low-health alert and resource pips is now shown once, instead of on every login and
/reload.
