• Updated item level and mount tooltip options so new values aren't searched for in combat. Since the mount lookup is immediate, this will never show in combat. The item level will still show if it was previously shown and is found in the cache. The amount of time it takes check if this item level is saved and display it is essentially none.
• Moved the hide tooltips in combat checkbox into a dropdown with a new option to use the default anchor position in combat. This lets you use blizzard's edit mode interface to move the combat anchor point more easily.
• Moved the combat tooltip options to be a child of the 'anchor tooltip to cursor' option so it always uses the default position when that checkbox isn't checked.
• Updated the default channel color so it's visible and clearly different from other default colors.
• Updated the schema version and added code to migrate to the new one.
