• /cst options opens a settings panel: a size slider for the tracker window, a warning sound picker, and every toggle in one place.
• Seven selectable warning sounds, or None to silence them. /cst sounds plays each in turn, /cst sound <key> picks one directly.
• /cst scale sets the window size from chat, 0.6 to 2.0.

Fixed

• Can no longer trigger ADDON_ACTION_BLOCKED on SetPassThroughButtons. The map pins now skip Blizzard's mouse-passthrough setup entirely rather than relying on avoiding it during combat.
