Critical fixes for latest version to make unitframes actually usable again

Features

• Healthbars now are discolored when the unit is an offline player

Bugfixes

• Fixed group unitframes toggle functionality
• Fixed group unitframes aura functionality
• Fixed group unitframes sub-module toggles (Raid Target, Summon Indicator etc.)
• Fixed group unitframes not updating on profile change
• Fixed faulty arena unitframes default visibility - causing it to show up when in parties
• Fixed Readycheck Indicator showing up again after the group/raid changed members
• Fixed errors with the stancebar frame
• Resolved issues with the default profile
• Moved arena frames back to the old group system to make it actually work (You'll just have some other options you can achieve the same as in the new system with)
