- Added per-filter channel selection (Say, Yell, Channel, Guild, Officer, Defense)
- Filters can now be expanded to configure active chat channels individually
- Default behavior: new filters apply to all channels

- UI: expandable rows with channel checkboxes, existing enable/disable and delete controls preserved
