The addon is an overlay that creates a CRT-Screen like effect for the player, to try and re-experience those nostalgic times of the screen used to look back when we were younger.
The effect includes constant movement over the screen, but is faint enough to not strain the eyes, only visible enough to give the feel of looking at the game on a CRT monitor.
The effect can be toggled on and off with both the /crt command, as well as from the Addon options.
