v1.22 - Coordination algorithm now uses greedy per-pool assignment (constrained-first) instead of intersection-based slot indexing, so two random pickers with asymmetric pools no longer collide on a shared name. Broadcast snapshot prevents a /ccc pool or /ccc set issued mid-resolve from desyncing your pick from peers. Wave-window lockout no longer suppresses an in-flight announce when your own arrow lands close to the 2s boundary. No protocol break - fully back-compat with v1.18.
