Mind Control Fix
- Fixed Priest Mind Control appearing twice in the CC timer.
- Added duplicate detection for Mind Control.
- Only one active Mind Control timer per Priest is now displayed.
- Handles WoW reporting Mind Control through multiple detection paths.
- Handles controlled mobs changing GUID/state during the charm transition without creating an additional timer.
- Existing Mind Control timer is updated/replaced instead of creating a duplicate.
- No changes to the other CC tracking or assignment functionality.
